Final cut pro experts?

I need help with Final Cut Pro X . Im having trouble exporting. I might need to erase the software and upload a new version but how can take my original project on the old timeline and transfer it to the new software just the way it was. Audio and clips.

That may help. I can try it. Whats the most current version of FCPX? 10.9?

According to the Mac App Store (MAS), 10.1.1, but since version 10.1 OS X 10.9 Mavericks is required.

what type of problem are you having during export? What are your original media and export settings?

When i go to Share > Export Movie, Nothing happens. Another window is suppose to pop up but nothing.

Go to Window>Background Tasks and it should pop up.
