Final Cut Pro Help Manual?

I don't know what to call it but I can't toggle it back and forth with other apps. I have to minimize it every time I want to look at my web browser, etc. Solution?

Sadly that is happening with other HELPs too, it just isn't limited to FCP X. Since 2004, I haven't found a solution to this stupid behaviour yet, though I never looked for it that heavily.
