Final Cut Pro - Motion - editors?

Anybody know a good site to find some affordable FCP editors? I have a pretty good knowledge of FCP, but needed some help for a small web project. Not looking for any large production houses, just some up and coming editors, etc... Having a hard time finding any good sites online.

Hey just saw your post. I count my self fairly good with FCP. What is it exactly you need doing either i can tell you how? or i can maybe do it for you pretty cheap or even for free depending what it is?
