Good question, I was trying to find this out yesterday. Found an uninstaller app called AppZapper but haven't used it yet as would prefer to do it manually according to any available instructions from Apple.
 
I tried AppZapper but it left all the other files on there it just deleted the app and plist files i think and left loads of other files on there. I think this is the best thing to use that I've found so far :)
