I'm having a problem where Final Cut Pro won't start in my user account, but if I switch to another account (on the same computer of course), it starts fine. Both accounts are administrators, and FCP was installed in the account in which it won't open now. I've already tried repairing permissions and trashing the preference files, but that didn't fix it. Checking the permissions for the application I see that my account (the one that doesn't work) is the owner and has read and write permission, however changing who owns it also doesn't do anything to fix it. Any ideas? I'm in the middle of an important project, and I'd rather not reinstall it if I don't have to.
