Final Cut Pro X Help

How can I move project data (which is currently taking up a ton of space on my internal HD) to an external drive? Is it as simple as dragging the events folder from the ~/Movies to the external drive and relocating the event within FCPX?

Just move the project in "movie folder" to where you want.

You can move it back after.

Thanks -- I'd figured it out. Like you said, just move the actual project to the new drive within FCP X and select to move the corresponding event as well.
