Final Cut Pro X OMF export into Logic Pro X for example

I was watching an older tutorial and the instructor said that many editors are still using FCP7 because FCPX doesn't do OMF export say into Logic Pro X for example. Has this been addressed in any FCPX updates since then?

EDIT:

Import the XML into Logic and convert to AAF/OMF from there? But XML ONLY references the media.

Only option is to use [X2Pro Audio Convert | Export AAF from FCPX] plugin? Someone said that the full version adds features including referencing media as opposed to embedding. Seems to be the easiest way to get files from FCP X to Logic/PT? Or AutomaticDuck?
