The media tempo in the timeline playback is fractions of a second slower than the original.
By the time I get to about 1:30 in the timeline, its about 5 seconds slower in tempo than the original media that was imported.
I don't know if someone has an answer for this.

Do you mean there is a difference between the frames per seconds (fps) in the timeline/project and the media in the timeline?
Does the media have the same fps as the project?

And how did you measure the difference?

Sorry for not being clear enough. I'm kinda new at the editors language.
The Media that I import into the project is the same tempo as the original.
Once I drag/place the media from the project window into the timeline it is slower than the original.
I how this is clearer.
