Hello all. I just purchased a referb MacBook Pro 2017 and it came with Sierra. I tried to download final cut pro and its telling me I need 10.13.2 or higher. I have heard many performance issues on 10.13.

for one I am wondering why did this laptop come with such an older version of Sierra and 2 is there still performance issues on the newer os.
