So, i just got a Mac Pro-

specs:
Quad Core 2.66 Processor
6 gigs of RAM
ATI Radeon X1900XT Graphics Card
OS: Tiger . . .

I will be using Final Cut Studio 2 / After Effects A LOT on the machine.
I have heard some things that FCS-2 runs slower and doesn't perform as well in a general saying in Leopard.

Is this true? Has anyone had any personal experience with this? i would love to find out before i go out and buy the new Leopard OS- or if i should keep Tiger on it.

Sorry, i didn't put FCS-2 in the Topic. I was going too fast to realize i left it out

I run FCS2 on a daily basis in Leopard with no problems on both a Mac Pro 3GHz 8-core and MBP 2.6GHz. I really couldn't comment whether it would run faster in Tiger. I never seemed to notice a difference.
