Several MacBooks since 2006 have been in the wild and still are.
Some can, and some can't be used for FCS.
Motion and Color are GPU hungry, so the integrated GPU will not give you the best performance.
But using the other applications with a MB is okay.
Oh, Apple was so kind to publish the technical specifications, including the system requirements on their website, so that people might check, if their system is compatible.
