Final Draft 7 hotkeys/fullscreen?

Had FD on a windows laptop and I could fullscreen it.. can't seem to do it here? In Apple's "Pages" I can also make a black silhouette around the page so that I can concentrate on my writing... is this possible in FD7 for Mac?
