3GS... I remember when I spent a year, a whole year, drooling over ads for the Apple IIGS, ignoring reviews blasting it for taking a whole minute to load a word processor or something. Eventually I got my parents to buy it for me, and they thought it was too expensive, and gave me a 286 PC from Tandy instead. Thus began my dark night in dos/windows-land, that lasted till 2 years ago, when I ditched my dell notebook for the macbook pro I'm writing on... and emerged from the clutches of evil into the turtleneck garden of eden. And that's what happens when I let my brain wander.
