Finally bought my Mac

Got an absolute bargain on a 12" 1.33ghz Combo PB (we can't all afford 15" Super Drive). Almost a 1/3 off retail price and interest free. Will put another 512mb RAM in and get a Tucano case next week.

Beautiful machine, thanks for all the help and advice over the last few months.

They generally don't. PC World sell a few Macs now but most people who go there are the more computer literate. Naturally they want the latest and greatest but have difficulty shifting older models. I guess Dixons being more high street retail can flog them off at a reduced price.

Just for clarification, is my PB a Rev. C? Will be easier to mention that on this board than going through the full specs everytime I refer to it.

Congrats on the new purchase. Nice to see so many MAC freaks in the area (i live only down the road in Sunbury myself!).
Am currently trying to convince my boss to replace this 3 year old Dell Latitude C640 laptop with a 12" PB when it finally dies on me.
