Did you change your AppleID from a username to an email address? If so, it may be unverified. My Siri settings panel noted that and then refused to work.

It works, just very sporadically.

I found that after I activated my iPhone, 3G data wasn't working. It actually took a while before I could use anything but WiFi.

are you with Sprint in their crap network? I heard from other Sprint users with this problem.

Noticed the same. Turned it off, restarted, and it was fine.
