Finally got my new MBP but...

Hey everyone,

I finally got my new MBP 15" but i have a question.
I'm aware that there are two video cards and I understand you can switch back and forth between them by logging out, but how do you do that? I want to maximize my battery as much as possible.

System Preferences -> Energy Saver

top left option: Better battery life or Higher performance
