Finally jailbroken! Now what?

Anyone have any recommendations for themes. Or something else I should add to my touch.

Sure mate, Cydia has tons of themes to view and choose from. I used to use a vista theme one that was pretty cool. Also you can use some awesome wallpapers for your background and your lock screen. Not to mention using third 3rd apps. There are some cool things on the site in my sig if you'd like which we can't discuss here
