Finally made the jump to Mac..question on new mba

Just got home with my new MacBook air. 13' 256gb. How do check screen type and ssd type? Thing looks great and personally for what I will be using it for ( mostly word processing) it likely doesn't matter but still curious to know.

My first Mac, have a feeling I have a lot to learn.

SM is Samsung SSD
