Had done a fresh install of mavericks about a week ago, and i must say im really pleased with it. Everything feels smooth and the one thing im really enjoying (even if several people dont) is the latest update to iMovie.

Some of the little things that i enjoy are the changes to Calendar, I also enjoy the Maps app even though i dont see myself using it that much because i use the Googles maps app on my iphone primarily.

anything i have negative to say about it is incredibly minor.

Does anyone else like the new feel of Mavericks and what it has to off this update?

Mavericks is one of the best OS X releases...

Took the plunge over a week ago with a clean & mean install of OS X 10.9.2 and migrated apps/users/settings. I'm still tweaking around with some apps and settings. Overall happy with it so far, indeed it feels snappier than OS X ML.

But I'm very disappointed that Mavericks broke the support for Perian. Some .mov's even need to be converted to QT 10.3 standards. FLV's remain thumbs in Mavericks. Still scanning the forums for an alternative for Perian!

GL with your Mavericks install, Cheers
