I am looking for a straight forward and simple financial application that will help me keep track of multiple accounts. I do not a ton of reporting functions, simply basic graphs and charts will do. The specific application is for managing grants and university accounts or a research lab. I have considered Excel, but want something a little more specific to accounting applications.

Any thoughts?
