Guys, did you notice the Find Friends app is very unstable and always lost the location and shows - Location is not available for all friends? While, at the same time - Find phone for family shared friends is working instantly and shows the location.....

No, but it's always been a hit-and-miss app for me. I only use it with my parents and wife, but it's not always reliable.
Find my Friends uses cellular data to determine the location of a user. With Verizon (iphone 5) if my wife is on the phone find my friends always comes back with location not available because we don't have data and talk at the same time.
Hmm, I thought it uses Location service (GPS and WiFi). Even with WiFi OFF - it shows my second phone - location not available...
