Find Me "welcome screen" appears every time I open the app

For as long as I remember whenever I open the Find My app on my Mac I get a "Find your Friends & Lost Items" welcome screen.

It happened on Ventura and it's also happening on Sonoma B1 and B2.

I do not wont to enable notifications. Does anybody know how to get rid of this screen?
