Find my background usage since 16.1

Hi,
i‘ve the problem that I lose about 8-10% of battery every night because of background usage since I updated my iPhone 14 Pro to iOS 16.1. The reason is Find My. Anyone else have this problem? Find My is running the whole time in background. What could be the reason? I‘ve an airtag, but before 16.1 it wasn‘t a problem and on my iPhone 12 with iOS 15 it wasn‘t a problem ether.

Since 16.2, I have this issue also. FindMy background activity is always there. Did you find out how to fix this?

No, it stayed line that. On 16.2 the same behaviour. The only hope I have is that if the AirTag is updated to the latest firmware maybe it‘ll be better. I don‘t know. We cannot force the update so the only thing we can so is waiting the problem resolves. 🤷‍♂️

I used to have this issue before 16.1 so I erased the phone and set up as new device, restored from iCloud backup with 16.1, this issue went away. With 16.2, I decided to just update instead of restore then this starts happening again😡 I do not have AirTag though
