Find my "Find my iPhone"

For some reason this feature isn't working for me! I have a brand new iPhone4. I have set up my me.com account and it's syncing brilliantly with my account. I have Find My Phone turned on. I have Push on (set to manually). Location Finder is on. Still "No Devices Registered" keeps showing up.

What could I be doing wrong???

Did you download the 'Find My iPhone' app, install it, and register the device THROUGH the app?

And you don't do that until you first turn on/activate your MobileMe free account by going to Settings/Mail, Contacts, Calendars/Add Account/MobileMe.
