You mean the one you use to sign in to FMF? You shouldn't, since that's your Apple ID which you likely use for iTunes, iCloud and many other things, too. You can simply tap on "Me" in the app, then "Account" and "Sign Out" to make sure you're not signed in to FMF (remember to do this on all devices you've used FMF on), then remove the app.
