Find my friends email notification not working

I have find my friends setup to send an email notification when I leave my house and when I arrive. The rules are setup with the proper address and when I send a notification "right now" to my non iCloud email everything works great. When I leave the house or arrive I do not get any emails.

I see other people using these emails from find my friends with ifttt.com and I would as well
