Find my Iphone App

I have just read about Find your iPhone app great for locating your misplaced iphone. The app must be downloaded to another iOS device and the blurb says my Mac Pro is suitable. I have downloaded the app but I do not know who to use apps on my Mac Pro. Can anyone help me please?
