Find my iPhone broken?

Find my iPhone seems to think all my iPhones have location services disabled or are offline. It does see my wifi only iPad and MBP. What am I doing wrong?

Go to Settings/iCloud and make sure Find My iPhone is on. Make sure you are using the same iCloud account that you use with your iPad and MBP.

Also, make sure Find my iPhone is on under Settings/Privacy/Location Services

Thanks! It was on, but I turned it off and back on and it works now. Weird error.
