Find my iphone not working, iphone 3g 4.2.1

I set up find my iPhone on my ipad 3

On my iphone 3g i log in to mobileme email and slide find my iPhone to on


Only my iPad shows up on the find my iPhone app

Location services is turn on in my iphone 3G

I tried rebooting the iPhone , but is not showing up
