My iPhone 4 was stolen last night and I tried to locate it with my moms iPhone 4 using the "Find my iPhone" app (which I have in my phone too) but it just told me I had to have an iCloud account, which I haven't set up on my phone yet. So I was wondering if there's any way around it or if I could possibly setup an iCloud account for my phone without having my phone? Somebody please help, I'm desperate!

Nope, you would have had to have an iCloud account already
And you would have had to have activated Find My iPhone on your phone already too
Regardless, if the thief immediately wiped and restored your phone, you wouldn't have been able to track it anyway
