It probably uses push notifications, so yeah it's fast. I'm considering actually signing up for MobileMe because of all the recent stuff they've been doing with the service. Good stuff.

i do search for posts and threads sometimes, but now i just logged into my me.com page and find the new feature.
I didn't see that it become available on 06.09.2009

and is not released yet.

downloaded the 3.0GM build from apple or by other means.

you have to have 3.0 OS on your iPhone.
And the feature is under Account tab

What do you guys think about the feature having to be enabled on the phone? It seems like a thief could just turn the service off on the phone (which kinda defeats the purpose).
