Hi guys, I'm trying to work out what is wrong here.
I have a iMac 5k SSD and a macbook 12"
Both are now running 10.10.4
Both have all iCloud settings on and both are connected to the internet via WIFI via a Time Capsule AC.
Both have their power settings set to default. eg.) powernap enabled.
Now with the macbook, after going into standby, the speed of the link drops to 6mb/s from 866mb/s and it enters lower power state. The iMac does the exact same and it goes from 1300mb/s to 6mb/s in standby.
Now when I open the find my iPhone app on my iPhone, the macbook (connected via power or in batter) stays asleep but the link powers back up to 866mbps and it reports location promptly with a green symbol. A few minutes later it drops right down to 6mb/s
However the iMac stays asleep and the link stays at 6mb/s.
Any suggestions what could be wrong?
