Apples pencil. Needs GPS for an app that can find my pencil which sets off a sound or flashing light on the pencil. It could replace the pencil cap

Clips what ever I would still leave it lying around. We have find my iPhone so why not find my Apple pencil as the pencil is harder to locate than my phone.

Ok to put a gps chip antenna and the relivant software for the above would kill the battery which some are already having an issue with.

Maybe Apple has a solution on the 21st

A Stylus loop like on the SP3 :p

In all seriousness, I'm constantly losing my stylus for the SP3, and I agree Apple definitely needs some solution.

I would love the pencil to be able to slip into the iPad in a dedicated slot/hole. But that will never happen because Apple is on a thin thing.

Have you seen how thick the Pencil is? I think it may be thicker than the iPad. The iPad would have to get at least twice as thick in order to have a slot to hold the Pencil.

We found the target audience of key, wallet, car, dog, fish, etc locator accessories. Here's a novel idea, use your brain and remember where you put your valuables.

All this financing of needs has really devalued human perception of value.

I've lost my Pencil before - what I did was use the iPad Pro as a "bluetooth finder". If the pencil is in range, it will show as connected via the Bluetooth settings. It's not precise, but at least you'll have a good idea of whether it is in the vicinity.

That is my point. They would have to make the pencil uncomfortably thin to get it into today's iPads. It will not happen. Lucky for me I seldom use my pencil. Do not even know where it is know. For general Internet cruising my fingers rule.

It can be something just to make the pencil beep by Bluetooth or whatever, and not something more complicated like Find my iPhone.

A beep by the pencil if it is nearby I guess will be useful.
