I have a Series 5 AW running OS 6. What happened to the Find My Phone app? It was very useful and it’s gone.

As far as I know, there never was a find my iPhone app on the watch, only find my friends.

As mk313 said, this never existed and it’s a shame. Would be great to be able to locate your devices from the watch, the one device that never gets separated from your person when out and about.
For this functionality, I use an app called Device Locator which has an Apple Watch app. Would still prefer the native Find My app. Boggles my mind that the watch doesn’t have a feature that notifies you when Bluetooth connection is broken from the phone either.

However, if you’re talking about the feature that dings the phone when connected to Bluetooth, that can be found in the Watch Control Center

Ah, that’s where I am making my mistake. I’m confusing the Control Center function with Find my Watch! Thanks for clearing this up.

No worries. I think you may have confused us when you called it an app when it’s just a Control Center function.

What is now missing though, as I just discovered, is the ability to flash the iPhone’s LED flash by holding down Find My Phone button.
