A friend registered my UDID then shared the file of iOS 7... so I can't access to Apple developer site..

No the beta for Find My Phone. Oh, not much you can do then, unless they give you that app as well.

Its a beta, not everything works yet.

there is a separate beta for FindmyPhone, the one from the store will not work, if you're a dev you need to download and manually install the beta version of FindMyPhone
