Hi, I am receiving the following error, when I access Find My app on my iPhone and try to look for my AirTag.

Find My Unavailable
Unable to connect to server. Please try again later.
No location found.

No location found shows also on This iPhone - No location found.

The issue only happens when I am on mobile data (LTE), when I am on Wi-Fi it works flawlessly, I can access websites on mobile data plan with Safari.

Any ideas?

Do you have low data mode turned on? Does the Find My app have permission to use mobile data and location services?
Is this a new phenomenon or did it never work?
What phone/iOS version/carrier/country?
