New update to Watch OS 6 but still the old Find My Friends icon when using it as a complication. Even though there is a new Find My icon in the menu.

Why ?

Wait, are you saying that the new “Find My” app is in the watch?!?!?!

It has to be, seeing as the Find My Friends App is on Watch OS5. To take it away from the watch would be a mighty negative.
Not talking about “Find My Friends.” Talking about the new “Find My” app which is what the OP is referring to. I been hoping this made its way to the Watch to be able to track lost iPhones/Macs/iPads directly from the watch, especially if the watch is the only device you have on you at the time.

I hope they port over the whole thing and not just bring back “Find My Friends” since “Find My iPhone” was never on the watch before

Can you please share a pic of the “Find My” app icon in the menu

Apologies; I realised you were talking about Find My. I simply cannot believe Apple will split the App just for the watch, nor can I believe they will take away the ability to use Find My Friends. As such the only compelling answer is to use Find My on the watch.

No worries... and yes, I agree. I’ve been really hoping for “Find My iPhone” or in the this case, “Find My” to make it to the watch.

No, sorry for the confusion.

The complication hasn’t changed for Find My Friends, but there is a different icon in the App lost called Find People. It looks like the Find My App icon on the iPhone. I prefer the look of over the the yellow men complication.
