Since people keep asking this question over and over again, here's the answer:

Open up that site and type in your iPhone's serial number. "Where the hell do I get the serial number?" you ask? That one's in your Apple support profile, which can be accessed here:

supportprofile.apple.com

I hope this clears things up.
 
Is there a reason why one would want this information or is it just a matter of curiosity?
 
Curiosity :) My 64GB Space Gray iPhone 6 was made in week 35 at factory C3 (whatever that is) in China.
 
By going to the Apple support page I got my Serial number and apparently my phone was manufactured in September of this year.

Better late than never my precious.
