Find/Replace Automator action?

The title says it all. I need some way to "find and replace" pieces of a text document in Text Edit. I would try "watch me do", but that's kind of awkward. And I know it's easy to do within the app itself, but that defeats the purpose of automating the action.

Does anyone have any good ideas here?
