Finder alternative to cut-and-paste files

Do any of the Finder alternatives allow you to cut a file from one folder, then navigate to another folder and paste the file?

(Like in Windows, if you're familiar with the Windows Explorer.)

Can be done in Finder. cmd-c to copy, and cmd-option-v to move.
