Finder always crashes on startup

hi!

i recently transfered my leopard installation via carbon copy cloner to a brand new hdd. the system works seamless except for the fact that the finder crashes once at each startup right after logging in. after that crash the system works perfectly fine.

i added one of the crash reports. maybe someone can do anything with it.
