Finder Always Opens A New Window

I have two accounts set up on Mac. The mac boots into the primary account just fine. But whenever I go to my secondary account finder always opens a window just after startup.

Any ideas why it might be doing this?

What do you have for Login Items for that user?

No. Every time I close all apps and windows.

There are only two login items:-
1. itunes helper
2. CNQL1208_ButtonManager

Okay, nothing in the login items to cause it. Try trashing the Finder preferences for that account, here's how:

Now that I look closer I notice that any changes I make in the widget screen don't get saved either. I set this account up a long time ago and if I recall correctly I set it up so that it only had limited ability to change settings.

Only thing is I now can't remember what setting I might have used.

Any ideas?
