I'm relatively new back on OSX and trying to wrap my head around how alt-tabbing works. I'll open finder, alt-tab to say chrome and when I alt-tab back to finder the window isn't the same finder window I was in previously. Am I missing something here?

Maybe it has something to do with Chrome and finder possibly being in different desktops/spaces? Probably should figure how that works exactly as well. Please discuss.
