finder broken??

look how my finder looks,this was not

how it looked when i firs upgraded to mavericks...what happened?

The image you linked is not really a good screen capture, I cannot see anything but a gray line.

Are you talking about the menu bar?
 
hmm you can click open image in a new tab when you right click on that image :( looks big enoguh then..
