Finder Bug Changing View settings and moving icons around

This has to do with the save/open drop box menu. It has also happened after waking from Sleep. This is a Clean install.

I am having problems with the icons as well. Plus my desktop icons keep getting jumbled up on the right of the screen and in alphabetical order. I have them organized differently obviously and it's just an annoyance that Lion wants to re-arrange them.
