Finder can't find text in pages docs

I've tried searching for text in Pages docs and a number of times Finder/Spotlight couldn't find it.

I tried adding then removing Documents from the Spotlight's Privacy tab but no joy.

Is there a way of correcting this?

Is there an app that can find things better than Finder?
