Finder can't open after upgrade to 10.9 dp4

I've tried to repair the disk, and cmd+opt+R+P to clear cache, not work, finder still can't be opened, when clicked, it will give you a forever colorful circle, pls help.

click finder with alt key pressed and select relaunch. Did it work?
