Finder does not search the entire system

I want to uninstall Google Chrome together with any data associated with it. I used AppZapper, which removed only a file (along with the .app).

I searched for "Google" using Finder, which didn't turn up any folders. Yet when I navigate to /Users/<user>/Library there is a "Google" folder there. In fact, there are folders named "Google" everywhere on the system, but Finder couldn't find one.

Why?

Finder, by default, doesn't search everywhere. It hasn't since 10.4. I use Easyfind to find things the real way.

Yeah, I don't like the new search that was implemented after 10.4. Even when you set the correct parameters, it doesn't always find files matching your criteria.

Why not use AppDelete? it deletes the apps and every associated files
