I came across something unusual today... I did "Get Info" on a particular file, and found that finder reports:
Size: 113.3 MB on disk (113,292,938 bytes)
but that's not right is it? I was under the impression that 1024 bytes = 1 KB, and 1024 KB = 1 MB, so 1048576 bytes = 1 MB (google confirms this)
Has anyone encountered this? And is this just a blooper by Mac? I'm running Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6)
