Finder file search not working on external drive with ExFAT

Computer: MBP 13 2011
OS: Mountain Lion 10.8.5
External Drive: WD My Passport Ultra 1TB formated on this Mac with ExFAT file system.

Issue: Finder does not find any files on a drive.

Please advise,
